The dogs enjoyed a lovely day out at the BTAQ Christmas fun day yesterday. They played with ten other bedlingtons and had a wonderful time. It was nice to see so many owners having so much fun with their pets and swapping bedlington stories in the lead free area.

The dogs enjoyed a lovely day out with friends last Sunday when they met with other members of the Bedlington Terrier Association at Victoria Park.  They had fun running about in the lead free area, trying out the obstacle course (without being led around) and confounding the other breeds there.  It was nice to see the three puppies playing tag.

Today Dolly shone in the ring, taking home Minor Puppy In Group and Best of Breed at an all breeds Championship Show.  Kessie is finished her season and this time was not mated.  Those waiting for Arebekh puppies will be disappointed.

The fence around our new home’s pool is becoming another Great Wall for the time it is taking. The number of wet weekends since Christmas have really slowed its progress.  Now we have Dolly in the ring and even more weekends are spent on showing her off. She has been in the ring twice and already is amassing the point score.

Kessie came into season and we intended mating her but our situation changed suddenly and it was not to be.  Maybe next time.  She tend to always come into season at the wrong time.

We lost our website hosting through Telstra and have had to rebuild before posting with our new ISP, which explains why you may have had trouble viewing this site.  That’s all for now. Keep smiling.

Time flies when you have puppies to care for.  As weel as having seven adorable puppies, we moved house also.  Please check the changed details are throughout the web-site.  One of the hassles of moving of course is getting connected after dropping the old one off.  That took time so we haven’t been as communicative as we would be normally with puppies about. We also lost the recharger for our camera so missed out on a number of great shots for a couple of weeks. The puppies are now seven weeks old and most are going to new homes at the end of this week. We will miss them, but through our selection process, know they are going to good homes that they will grow to love. Cheers.
